Getting Started

It all starts with a free, 30-minute, introductory chat. This gives us both the opportunity to ask some questions and get a sense of each other. Then we can decide if we want to work together.

With coaching, you can connect with your core values and needs. You can gradually feel more at ease, think with more clarity, feel more confident and secure. Take charge of your choices.

Bring any problem or topic

Feeling lost, confused about your life direction and purpose?

Dealing with anxiety, stress, perhaps using drink, drugs, food and problem behaviours to manage your feelings?

Whether you are looking to work on and improve your relationships, wellbeing, mental health, we will work on that, giving you greater happiness and freedom.

The frequency of the sessions can be discussed. I offer weekly, fortnightly, or monthly sessions, in the daytime or evening. The benefits you can expect from life coaching are insight, clarity, and action.

The Sessions

Sessions last for 60 minutes and we can discuss your individual personal session plan in detail and tailor it to meet your specific needs. I provide an initial phone consultation for free. This is to allow me to explain the process of coaching and gain insight into your situation, and for you to be able to ask any questions without commitment.
